Due to the handmade nature of our creations, each item is truly unique and no two will ever be identical. Any imperfections should be celebrated as a testament to the hard work of our artisans. However, if you have any problems with, or change your mind about a purchase, the following policies apply:
Damage or Incomplete Orders
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any problems within 5 working days by calling our Customer Service team on 01290 211147
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of the products you buy from us, please notify our Customer Service team either by phone on 01290 211147 or email email@example.com. We will require you to book in all returns before sending. All returns to be sent to the following address, pending confirmation.

- Please ensure you obtain proof of posting/courier details and that all items are returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Once we have received the products back from you, we will gladly replace your purchase or, in the case of unavailability, refund your purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to appear on your account.
