Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping on all our products. Most in-stock items can be shipped within 48 hours of ordering, however, some orders may take longer to process.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. Most deliveries require a signature, please select a delivery address where someone will be able to sign.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock and placed on a backorder. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.
We will leave a card to rearrange delivery should no one be home to sign for your parcel. If there are any delays in processing your order we will inform you as soon as possible. If you require a larger quantity of a certain item than is shown on the website, please contact us before placing an order.
Handmade: Due to the handmade nature of our creations, each item is truly unique and no two will ever be identical. Any imperfections should be celebrated as a testament to the hard work of our talented artisans. We believe this adds to their beauty and charm.
Stock Levels: Due to the handmade nature of our products this can, at times, mean items are temporarily out of stock. As part of adhering to fair trade principles, we allow our suppliers long lead times to ensure our artisans are working in fair conditions and to realistic timelines. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and give you an expected delivery date which can, on occasion, change due to factors out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Backorders: Once an order is received we will invoice you for the items in stock and place the out of stock items on a backorder, with delivery free of charge (UK only). Once the items are back in stock we will invoice you. If you are an account customer, we will send the items out to you as soon as the stock arrives. If you wish to change quantities or add to your backorder at any time to take advantage of the free delivery, please contact our Customer Service team. If you wish to cancel your backorder at any point, please let us know.
All large UK orders are sent via 24 hour tracked courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a packing note with your tracking details.

All deliveries to Europe are sent out via a tracked courier service and charged at a flat rate.
- Europe delivery is charged at 8% of the total order. You must be able to accept pallets
